Why Saidex?

To answer this question, we must first understand a more fundamental question: how do I go about Mastering Massive Complexity?

What new ways of doing things can catapult Excellence in process, Quality in execution, and ensure Safety flows effortlessly throughout the entire culture?"

So what is the key?   Simple.  Develop the ability to identify and manage hidden latencies so that a "nerve center" (i.e., "nexus") can be implemented to finally enable the Complex Organism to function optimally.  Ultimately, it's all about building Right Relationships – ones that are deeply collaborative in nature.

As President & CEO of Saidex, LLC I'm commited to helping the nuclear power step away from the precipice of dysfuntionality that is the source of perpetual, massive cost overruns, schedule delays, and overall goofiness that plagues our industry.

For my part, there comes a time when a man has to stand up and declare “enough is enough, it’s time for a change” ... and that time is now.  Right now.  At least for me. 

I’ll make plenty of mistakes along the way, but I’ll gather and learn from each and every one.  And what will emerge over time will be viable – a seed of Excellence planted in season and a resulting harvest of Abundance to be shared with my fellow nuclear industry workers across the globe.
